Precision Pin Alignment and Depth Control for Production Assembly. COILYX™ is a dedicated-size pin installation chuck designed for controlled insertion of solid pins, slotted spring pins, coiled spring pins, and similar cylindrical fasteners using arbor presses, manual presses, pneumatic presses, and other bench-mounted assembly equipment.
The tool is engineered to improve alignment, repeatability, and process consistency compared to traditional hammer-driven pin installation methods.
